  • Why do I need Mobyler?

    Because when you use Mobyler, your phone calls to any other Mobyler user are free so the more people you inform about Mobyler to more people you can call for free!

  • Can I install Mobyler on my Android phone?

    Yes you can. We have released an Android based version lately.

  • Can I use Mobyler on an iPad or an iPod Touch?

    It is possible to use Mobyler on your iPad / iPod Touch.

  • Can I invite my friends to Mobyler?

    Yes, and you should. The more friends you have with Mobyler installed, the more of your calls are free, so spread the word!

  • My favorite payment method is not shown. Why?

    There may be situations where your favorite payment method is (temporarily) unavailable. In this case we ask you to use one of the other methods to purchase credit.

    The payment methods offered on the Buy Credit page are generated automatically. Therefore, our Customer Service cannot assist you when your favorite method is not available.

  • I forgot my password, what should I do?

    There is no need for you to create a new account, just reset your password here: http://www.mobyler.com/myaccount/forgot_password.php

  • I have tried to register but I didn’t receive a verification code?

    Please try to register again. Then our verification system will automatically try to send you another code.

  • Can I use Mobyler when roaming internationally?

    Yes, it doesn't matter where you or your friends are, be it on the same network or in a totally different country.

    You can talk for as much as you want, for free. Just make sure your friends have Mobyler too, and check your data plans and roaming rates because you will need an open internet connection to use Mobyler.

  • I don't have 3G or Wi-Fi, can I still use Mobyler?

    Mobyler requires an Internet connection: 3G or Wi-Fi need to be available.

  • Does Mobyler include advertisements?

    Mobyler does NOT contain any advertisements.

  • How do I import my contacts to Mobyler?

    You don't. Mobyler uses your iPhone's address book and it's always synced. Mobyler will highlight the friends in your iPhone's address book that have Mobyler. That way you know who you can call for free!

  • How long does it take to register?

    In a matter of minutes you can register and use the FREE Mobyler service. The first time you use Mobyler we will ask you to enter your phone number and a password and after that you can start saving money!

  • Is it possible to call Non-Mobyler users?

    Yes it is but for this you will have to buy credit first in your Mobyler account.

  • Which kind of payment methods does Mobyler offer?

    Mobyler offers various ways to pay, including major credit/debit cards, Banktransfers, PayPal, Moneybookers depending on where you live so check out your Mobyler account what options are available to you.

  • Will I receive an invoice?

    You will not receive an invoice from us but you can see the calls you made in your Mobyler account.

  • When do call charges take effect?

    Once you are connected the call charges will have effect.

  • Are there other costs?

    At Mobyler there are no other hidden costs.

  • Will my credit expire?

    At Mobyler your credit will not expire.
